Registration privacy notice

Account registration stores your username, optional display name and email address, account status, and the time your account was created.

The portal records which administrator-issued code created an account, plus a privacy-protected network identifier and limited browser information for security and audit review. Secret codes are stored as one-way keyed hashes, not as readable text.

Portal administrators can review account and registration activity. Contact a Caught By Grace administrator to request an account change or deletion.

Recordings may be transcribed on the dedicated CaughtByGrace computer, and a local AI model may create evidence-linked meeting notes. Audio, transcripts, and generated notes remain on that machine; no external transcription or AI API is used.

Transcription and Scripture identification may contain mistakes. Scripture items are based only on wording and references found in the spoken transcript, not an external Bible lookup. Administrators review generated material and control whether it is shared with other authorized recording viewers.

Contact a Caught By Grace administrator to request deletion of a recording, transcript, or generated notes, subject to the organization’s retention policy.
